Delta's self-built Intelligent Recruitment Management System comprehensively covers the entire process from manpower addition to newcomer onboarding and trial assessment, and since it went live in July 2019, job lead time has dropped by 44%. In addition, Delta has built a state-of-the-art Academy platform to provide employees with a rich variety of online courses. In FY2023, the platform went live with a total of 3,681 courses, attracting 391,136 participants, and totaling up to 2,108,987.5 hours of training globally. Through these efforts, Delta hopes to use digital transformation as a driving force to create a robust and growing career for employees and a broad development prospect for the company.
