New I-Series lmpeller
03/18/2024- The new backward "I-Series Impeller Blower", the latest design from Rosenberg, offers higher efficiency and lower noise levels than previous designs and competitors by means of a five-blade impeller flow-guided design. Based on the fan size and operating characteristics, the new impeller can increase efficiency by approximately 11% while reducing noise levels by approximately 12%. It can be operated with Rosenberg's Gen3 and Gen3+ series EC motors with a maximum input power of up to 7 kW, which will be demonstrated at our booth in Beijing during this year's China Refrigeration 2024 from April 8th to 10th.
Rosenberg has also developed a new high-efficiency airflow deflector housing for the I-Series impeller modules, which improves efficiency by around 12%. This means that a 560 mm backward centrifugal fan operating under normal conditions for one year can significantly result in energy savings. The deflector housing also reduces noise emissions by up to 4dB, making it an excellent choice for air handling units.
Our state-of-the-art "I-Series Impeller Fans" and its innovative new inflow housing technology will create a real competitive advantage for manufacturers and system designers.
